FAQs
Do I need an appointment before coming into the Somerville Showroom?
While appointments are not required, they are very helpful, especially for large projects. We want to make sure you don't wait unnecessarily and make sure we block off enough time to complete your project comfortably.
Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, we deliver to from all our showroom locals. All deliveries are curbside only and require someone to be on the job site to accept delivery. For insurance reasons, drivers will not enter a customer home under any circumstances.
What information do you need from me on a bathroom remodel job?
If you hire an architect please bring a set of your plans with you to the Somerville showroom. If not, it is very helpful if you sketch a basic floor-plan so we can help you coordinate your layout. It is also helpful to meet with your plumbing contractor to establish any mechanical boundaries/constraints before visiting us.
What if I see something in a magazine and want to order a product of that idea?
A picture says a thousand words: Cut out the picture of your dream kitchen or bath and bring it with you. We want to help you realize your dreams.
How long before my order arrives?
We will take the time to explain what products are in stock and the lead times for special order products to all our clients.
What measurements should I bring to the Somerville Showroom?
Generally speaking, when choosing a kitchen sink you will need to know the size of the sink-base cabinet. You will also need to know your countertop material and the width of your back-splash. When choosing a toilet you will need to know the measurement from the back finished wall to the first set of bolts or center of the drain hole. Obtaining any and all dimensions for all other fixtures, such as, but not limited to, showers, tubs, whirlpools, sinks and faucets, are essential in the selection process. In addition, it is always helpful to have as many measurements and drawings of the room(s) or space available for your special project!
